The Gospel of John film is a two-disc set. The first disc is the three hour theatrical version of the film (which is the one I have seen), and the second disc has the two hour version of the film PLUS all of the Special Features. The Special Features section is excellent! There are two film clips under About the Cast (one of Henry Ian Cusick and the other of Christopher Plummer). To learn more about these two actors, you definitely want to see this. Also, don’t forget to watch the Historical Background film clips, also excellent.

This section is all about the making of The Gospel of John film, and after you have seen the film, I highly recommend watching this section. Each time I watch it, I learn something new. I’d like to thank this entire team of professionals for their excellent work. Thanks to them, we have the greatest film about Jesus on DVD!

I just saw this film on TV, and would love to buy a DVD of it. I clicked on the "buy now" link on GospelOfJohnTheFilm.com, and it took me to the Disney Movie Club, where evidently they have never heard of the film. How can I buy it?
Check with your local Christian book store. They can order it for you. Make sure you get the version that has the "theatrical three-hour version" and not just the "two hour version."
