Where to Find The Gospel of John Film
I have had a few people ask about where to purchase The Gospel of John film. Most Christian bookstores either carry it or they can get it for you. You can also find it at www.amazon.com or check E-bay. If you can, get the 2 DVD set, as that is the one that has all the extras on it. Some stores only sell the one DVD. It is cheaper, but you'll miss the extras!

Special Features on Disc 2
The Gospel of John film is a two-disc set. The first disc is the three hour theatrical version of the film (which is the one I have seen), and the second disc has the two hour version of the film PLUS all of the Special Features. The Special Features section is excellent! There are two film clips under About the Cast (one of Henry Ian Cusick and the other of Christopher Plummer). To learn more about these two actors, you definitely want to see this. Also, don’t forget to watch the Historical Background film clips, also excellent.
The Production Design section has a film clip on each of the following:
Director - Philip Saville
Screenwriter - John Goldsmith
Director of Photography - Miroslaw Baszak
Production Design - Don Taylor
Costume Design - Debra Hanson
Musical Score - Jeff Danna
Hair & Make-up Design - Trefor Proud
This section is all about the making of The Gospel of John film, and after you have seen the film, I highly recommend watching this section. Each time I watch it, I learn something new. I’d like to thank this entire team of professionals for their excellent work. Thanks to them, we have the greatest film about Jesus on DVD!

It's Easy to Find The Gospel of John Film
A friend told me that Circuit City carries The Gospel of John DVD, so I checked it out on their web site, and they still carry the 2-set DVD. My friend got it in the store for $9.99, but on their web site, it says $14.99.
I have also seen it on Amazon.com, Powells.com and E-bay as well as Half.com (part of E-bay). The prices vary from low to high, so you may want to do some comparative shopping.
So many people have never seen this great film, so get a few extras and pass them along to your friends and family.
